Information

The Tallevast Community Center Summer Program differs from the After School Program in many ways. This information will summarize those differences and also serve as an acknowledgment that you have received the Summer Program information.

Fees for the Summer Program are:
Elementary School - $25 a week
Middle School - $25 a week
High School - $15 a week

**IF YOU PAY THE ENTIRE SUMMER FEE IN FULL, YOU WILL RECEIVE A %10 DISCOUNT**

The first two weeks are due in advance. After that All fees are due the Friday BEFORE the next program week begins. If fees are not received by the following Tuesday, your child will NOT be able to attend the program until all fees, including late fees are paid.

** A $10.00 late fee will apply

The summer program hours are 7:30am - 5:30pm (parent pick-up from 5pm-5:30pm).
Please DO NOT drop your child off early and leave them unattended on the property.
There is a $5 for the first 10minutes and $1 per minute late fee per child if child is not picked up by 5:30pm. Children may not attend the program until late fees are paid.

**Parent MUST sign child/children in and out of center**

All children will be assigned to a team. All children will be required to stay with their team at all times. Children will be required to report to assigned program areas when instructed

Program members have three options for lunch:

1. Free Lunch -provided by Manatee County free lunch program (usually a cold sandwich, fruit cup, juice and milk)
2. Bring Lunch - parents may pack lunch (lunch must not need to be cooked or heated)
3. Purchase Lunch $3.00 - TCC will have hot lunches available for purchase on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Lunch will include an entree, chips and drink. (A lunch menu and schedule will be available to view)

****Summer FREE lunches starts June 14, 2010 - August 20, 2010****

Weekly Field Trips will be offered. There will be a field trip sign up sheet available the week prior to the scheduled field trips. A field trip schedule, calendar and cost will be posted at the Community Center and on the website calendar. Program members MUST have written permission to attend field trips. Cash only will be accepted for field trips because we must pay the vendors at the field trip sites.

*Personal checks will not be accepted for field trips and lunches.
