Tallevast Community Centers experienced staff and volunteers provide students with academic tutoring and instruction in math, reading, financial and computer literacy during its after school program. To encourage personal growth, students participate in self esteem, leadership development and character building activities. In addition, through community partnerships, TCC offers on-site instruction in the fine arts of dance and music. TCC provides students with transportation from school to the community center location. Students receive a nutritious snack upon arrival and are served a hot lunch on Wednesdays.

The TCC Summer Enrichment Program offers students academic enrichment, recreational and cultural activities. Students participate in reading, math and computer technology literacy in the morning. Recreational activities in the afternoon include swimming, roller skating and trips to the museums. In addition, this program offers weekly field trips on Fridays. Students are served breakfast and lunch.
