Physical Education 

Awareness


According to WHO (World Health Organization) adding 60 minutes of Physical Activity a day will assist in decreasing childhood obesity.

The Physical Education Program  is designed to encourage and motivate children to become more active in an effort to reduce childhood Obesity. This program serves children ages 5-17 and is free of charge to children enrolled in our After-School Enhancement & Out of School Time (OST) Programs.



Each child enrolled will follow Monthly Fitness schedules as well as Educational classes.



Each child will be monitored in 3 areas


  • BMI (Body Mass Index)
  • Attendance
  • Attitudes and Participation
