COLLEGE
BOUND providing the tools for success
College Bound
It is no secret that attending college and
obtaining a degree help advance professional
careers and foster progress and success in
today's world. Education is a critical issue and
now more than ever, parents, children and teens
should recognize the benefits and importance of
a higher education.
Preparing for college should begin at a young
age and can seem very overwhelming. For some
children and teens, college is a given. For others,
college seems impossible.
For children and teens at Tallevast Community Center
- even those who might be the first in their families to go
to college - there is College Bound. This program shows
TCC teens that college is a realistic goal and provides
guidance for reaching this goal.
